I couldn't figure out if you want to work in New Zealand temporary or want it to be a permanent kind of thing. The necessary work permits are based on how long you want to work.
So basically depending on what your choice is, it'll help a lot if you get a offer from an Employer there, as it will be easier to get the necessary work permits. Then from there, if you go to their website (New Zealand Immigration) at http://www.immigration.govt.nz/... then you can figure out about applying for the work visa or permit.
