hello i am overstaying in malaysia since 4 monthes , how i can solve this problem and how to settle ..if they fine me its ok ,but there is jail?

Well...usually there's just matter of deportation issue as far as it is concerned. If u could get deported without being fined or jailed...then its probably "worthwhile" ( no pun intended ) to try...as to rather than the Malaysian authorities hunting you down personally. Try asking around say fellow Phillipines or Indonesians about how to get around the situation and legally reapply to come back into Malaysia again.
