"september 11 family humanitarian relief & patriotism act"?

How likely is this to be implemented ??If it does, will immediate relatives(those who are outside the US & were outside the US on 10/sep/01) of 9/11 victims be eligible to apply for their green card??

Answer:
This bill was proposed in a previous session of Congress. Sessions of Congress last two years, and at the end of each session all proposed bills and resolutions that haven't passed are cleared from the books. This bill never became law.
I don't know much about its implementation, but I think its ok to extend the offer & invitiation to them. Its the least we can do to offer condolences to those who lost loved ones on 9/11.
That's good, the least the government can do for the families of those they considered expendable is give them help. After all, the government is getting BILLIONS out of this stupid war.
Illegals give them nothing just kick them out after jail time.
