Can I go to college without being a legal resident of the U.S?

I heard that i'll be classified as "international" and have to pay more money but I don't care...

You sure can. Our colleges and universities love foreign students. They charge them a fortune.

You need to enroll in a qualified school. They school will then sponsor your visa with the immigration authorities. You'll be interviewed and asked to prove you have the financial means to attend school in the US.
