How to make her to stop?
I thought that they would not let her come. I went three
times, and they did nothing. I want her on some blacklist, so she
never comes to this country.
Where else can I complain on her, so that they stopped her visa?

You've got some serious issues that none of us can help you with. If you don't like her, that's one thing - but lying to the police about things that never happened is totally uncalled for and immature.. Not to mention the fact that you can go to jail if they find this out.
You're not a member of the government, so you really have no say in what she does or does not do. As long as she doesn't have a criminal record she can apply for citizenship - and frankly, it's none of your business if she's marrying someone else.
And in all fairness, you're the one who stole her "fiance" with whom she has a child with. So what if your newly stolen husband has to pay child support? He did, in fact, hop on the good foot and do the bad thing with her which resulted in the birth an innocent child who DESERVES the respect of having a father who's able to spend time and money on him.

You are powerless in keeping foreigners from immigrating to the USA, if I could access a blacklist that would effectively prevent entry into the USA, I would place "all illegals who come across the southern border" on that list.
