Amnesty for illegal immigrants would be suicide in the UK, same as for the US.

maybe, as there are many illegal immigrants in the uk and the government would save a lot of money and time if they did this. But maybe there shouldnt be amnesty as illegal immigration is illegal (as others have mentioned) so illegal immigrants should be punished as that is the system.
