first of all its not hispanics, I'm American born and raised in America even though i come from a Mexican background. I consider myself American. I'm against the bashing of my primary race.. but i am against all them illegals crossing the border, enough is enough. weather its Mexicans, Chinese, Canadians ...if you are here illegally you don't belong here

It is not about race it is a matter of illegals breaking the law.. It is a fact that most of the illegals are hispanic. I have worked in the fields, cleaned houses, worked in restarants and other jobs that we wont do. So the race card and the jobs we wont do are both false.
LAW! I paid good money to bring my family from Europe. Why should someone south of our borer get a free ride. To date I have spent over $3,000.00 and my family is legal.
All the government wishes that our visitors from south of the border would do is get a visa and come over legally and it does not cost but about $25.00!

I think there may be some fear of people because they don 't know anything about them so they( our people) make statements that can be interpreted in many ways. We have to control immigration legal or illegal. Here in the San Francisco bay area there are illegal people from Europe, Latin America, Asia, etc. You may be surprised or maybe not, but I am when I see the whole world marching by my window.,where as before you would have to travel several thousands of miles to see. But on the other hand I 'm not a native American so I can't be intolerant. WHen someone brings up a question about illegals, they say go back to mexico. They call hispanics offensive names and are just vile. Their answers are racist and they don't even realize because they assume all illegals are hispanic.
When someone brings it to their attention that they are bashing hispanics, they say I don't have a problem with hispanics just illegals. It is a neverending cycle. I just can't wait for amnesty to be granted because maybe just maybe that will cool them off a little because then they will have no justifiable reason for hating hispanics.

These are focused mainly on illegals from Mexico, since the vast majority of illegals are from Mexico, hence they shouldn't be considered racist. There is racism - no doubt about that. But I do think you need to separate the racists from those of us that are just against illegal immigration. I have friends of all different colors, nationalities, sexes, sexual orientation, and the like. I try to live my life the way I would like everyone to - open and honest. I don't like, and become rather offended when one calls me a racist simply due to my political views. Not everything is a matter of race - some of the issues are a matter of law - plain and simple.

First illegal immigrants in California are rejecting farm labor jobs paying more than $10 an hour. $12 an hour is not out of the question. THe main reason why people hire illegal immigrants is not how much they pay them but to reduce the chance of being sued, and not paying into benefits like workers comp.
There are racist on both sides. It probably starts like this. Racist on the anti sides make a racist attack on the hispanics. Racist Hispanics jealous of others good fortune stirs the pot and attack Americans. Americans get angry over the racist attack of the illegal immigrants and retaliate. Its a cycle. If you keep your eyes open and watch this site, racism goes both ways. I found alot of people on the por side are blinded by their one sided views and refuse to see the dual nature of racism. The racism sides from the illegal immigrant side is probably multi tiered. Resentment from Light skinned Mexicans who control Mexico, Jealousy of Caucasians and AMerican making more money than Mexico, and retaliation over racist individual. now think about this. how many illegal immigrants are in the united states? 12-20 million? how many of them are of a certain country? why is that? could it be that it is easier for that certain country to cross the border then it would be for someone from over seas? ya think! well dear there you are. people are mostly just addressing the real problem. there is a country (Mexico) that is joined with us. thus making is tremendously easier to cross. so we address that. yes there are illegals from different countries. and we clump that in with the rest of the illegals but there is a growing amount of a people from Mexico who think its ok to just simply cross the border. and that is also very wrong.
I have no problem with Mexicans. I've had several Mexican friends and I'd die for any one of them but I don't like the illegals and neither does my Mexican friends. They know that the illegals are wanting but they don't have the desire to make something for themselves.
If they really wanted rights and money in Mexico, then they need to fight the Mexican government for it just like we did here in the US.
