Can a tourest who got married with u . s. citizen can stay in america ?

Answer:
Tourist visa, and from where? There will be a lot to process regardless, but depending on your visa type you may or may not have to return to your country of origin in the interim, as I understand it.
(My husband had an L1 visa when we married. Professional/ Specialized knowledge visa.)
they have to apply BEFORE their visa expires
Not without the proper paperwork!
Marriage doesn't give you an automatic ticket in.
No. You are illegal until you ask our government for permission to be here and if they grant it than you can start the road to citizenship.

Do not join the 20 - 30 million illegal aliens and stay here illegally. Thanks.

No. You would have to be married TO a U.S citizen.
Yes.
Actually, Madan is correct.once married, your spouse must file l-130, l-485, and l765 (if your going to work) for you to stay and adjust your status...I would advise against this though as it can take a long time to do...it took my wife and stepson almost 2 years to do it. Also you would have to prove your visit was not intended for marridge. The best way to do it is to go home and have your fiancee file for the K-1, it can be processed from 6 to 8 months. good luck!
