Is La Raza for the betterment of Hispanics ?

No La Raza is not for the betterment of Hispanics, at least not Hispanic Border Agents. And their reason is plain and simple, they are interested in numbers, they are growing regardless what it takes. Here in Chicago they are trying to get Street Gangs to unite under one as La Raza regardless of their affiliation. There are now gang members who "street represent" La Raza.
See they don't care where their numbers come from, they will allow illegal activity to take place in their organization, including but not limited to, illegal weapons & ammo trade, drug trade, illegal immigration, and other criminal activities that involves gangs. And these are not little corner street gangs either, these are gangs that have been on the map for a long time(the ones with the most numbers).
All they are doing is building a larger Terrorist Organization, which is being majorly funded by big U.S.Corporations.
Now after knowing this why would they help 3 Hispanic males, who are trying to hinder their attempt to take over the U.S.?

The idea is to kill white people or otherwise subject them to unfair tyranny based on the poor me philosphy. It is to take take take, not give. This why they don't help. Its a hate group like the KKK or any other hate group pure and simple. They want whites to die and so they can have what whites have its that simple. When there are no more whites in one area, they will move to an area where there are and bring the kids and do it the same.
Perhaps they are only for the betterment of hispanics who have the same agenda as they do. I don't think they have much in common with the group You Don't Speak For Me, either.

This a great question!! All three of these men are Hispanic. Why isn't La Raza helping them? Do you think it is because these men would not agree with La Raza's way of thinking and what they stand for? I would have liked to see this piece on Lou Dobbs.

La Raza is a racist organization that has no basis for anything that they do. I grew up in Southern California and know what these people are about. They are the "intellectuals" of the gang culture. People that go to college and feel inferior to the rest of society. It is their way of being cool or rebelling. A very mixed up bunch to say the least.

Very good points. Lou Dobbs does a good job in standing up for the American citizens against illegal aliens. I don't understand why the border control agents who ARE US citizens weren't offered helped from La Raza...they have Hispanic heritage. Or is La Raza as racist against the USA citizens as the KKK is towards blacks?
