Pay federal, state, and local income taxes.
Register with Selective Service (U.S. Armed Forces), if you are a male between ages 18 and 26.
Maintain your immigration status.
Carry proof of your permanent resident status at all times.
Give your new address in writing to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) within 10 days of each time you move.
Why do citizens and legal permanent residents have to obey the rules while illegal aliens break all the above laws, are here in the U.S. secretly -- do not register their whereabouts, and steal identities committing serious crimes, like murder?

Well, keep this in mind, the illegals do "maintain their immigration status" unless the President and Congress get together and forgive them.
The only responsibility the U.S. should have is to get rid of all illegalls. Problem solved.
It's not clear that you have distinguished between LEGAL immigrants ( who must keep their Visas and work permits up to date, as well as addresses and employers), vs ILLEGAL immigrants who come into this country without the necessary paperwork.
In that case, the U.S. has no rights and responsibilities toward ILLEGAL immigrants, except to find them and punish them for breaking the law.

If an illegal is caught for a crime they will be tried for it with the added benefit of deportation.
And by the way legal permanent residents do not, "report the new address to homeland security with in 10 days". Once they have a green card they are free to move about this supposedly free country just like everyone else.

You need to take this question to the American government. In case you are new to this, our government is only concerned with money. They don't care if you are legal or not as long as you pay. I feel that if a person refuses to learn english and obey our laws, they should be shipped out of our country. Plane and simple as that. The government is corrupt and will pretend they are upset about illegal immigration. They are the ones who leak to the media about the "problems" with immigrants so the american people will react. They need conflict in order to prosper. This is the sad way our world works. Thank you and GOD help us all.
the U.S has NO responsibilities to illegal anythings
Illegals should have no rights in this country....If they want rights here, then come here legally, otherwise they are just fugitives.
They also have to pay tuition for schools, including K-12, if they are on a non-immigrant visa. Did you know that? Most schools don't even seem to know that, because if they asked for proof needed to claim the tuition they would find out how many students are illegally here.
