I am a Uk citizen marrying a Us military soldier.?
We only just found out about the K1 visa and do not have time.
When we come back to seoul we will file the I-130 in the usa embassy seoul. We didn't know due to his military status if we would be going to the usa after marriage or germany therefore wouldn't need the the K1 as i don't want to stay on my own in america if he gets stationed next in germany!! now it seems he will be going to america in august.
Can everything be done here in seoul, and if my visa hasn't come through can i go back to england or do i have to wait in korea until it is finalised! also it it possible for me to travel within europe whilst my visa is pending??

contact the america embasy they should have all the info you need
If you are an UK citizen, why not go thru your own embassy and try to get them to help you? You'll probably find that they'll get results a lot faster as their
connections will be trouble free. My understanding is that UK may have the
smoothest routes thru visas and immigration with US than any other nation.
