I am utterly disgusted at the govt.!
surely our singapore goverment is fair to give you a pp replacement for valid reason..likewise lose it or being stolen.
Don't worries . we r sg citizen..you will get the replacement soon but need to wait for certain years.
Do u know malaysian need to wait 5year.
Sorry, I can't answer this question because i'm not a singaporean and I have no knowledge about their govt. laws. But in my own opinion, why not issued another when there is a valid reason. Even how many times you loss it but you have to explained why it was loss. And that is the time it should be decided whether they will issued or not? For example, he/she left if in their home and their home got burn, so their a reason. etc.. whatsoever. But if their is a law prevent it by doing so. I think you have to wait when it expires. Because once it is expires you need to renew or get another passport.
