Work in USA?
Answer:
Yes, they can submit the paperwork for your visa while you are here. Your US citizen son will need to use Form I-130 and the supporting documents. He can submit them tomorrow if he likes. You will have to go back to the UK in compliance with your visa-waiver without overstaying and wait to be contacted by the US embassy.
I would call a immigration lawyer
good luck
Stay here where you are. If you go back to your country they won't let you come back here.
Crossing into the US illegally Is the preferred method of inhabiting our country. Our government doesnt seem to care who comes here... I wouldnt worry about It If I were you...
It's hard for us honest citizens to be looking for a job...now here comes more illegal people coming.
I could already tell, "OhI want easy job and good opportunity in U.S., me don't wanna work and get everything."
Well,
if you really want to be here legally go work in the farm, unless you're not man enough.
The company that offered you a job (if they knew that you were not eligible to work in the USA) are conspirying to violate the immigration laws.
A visa waiver nonimmigrant can NOT adjust status in the USA. Remember the green form that you signed upin your arrival?
Family sponsorship does not work any more. The company can go through the H visa program, but that takes a while.
Do you have any special skills that are not readily available in US workers? If not, then an H visa probably won't fly.
Yes they can petition for your legal status while you are in USA,also if you have a visa,I'm not sure if it is a work visa? Or if your family are legal, they take full responsibility for you,if they are also not legal you are not going to be able to get your legal status through them. I assume if you have been offered a job they will take care of the paperwork. Nice that you have family support, SORRY everyone is kind of angry in America right now,to many illegal immigrants.
Hey you are awesome, for Iam a natural born citizen of the United States and i cannot find a job here!!!!!!
