and also, immigration isn't just about the laws, it's about making sure that other countries have more opportunity to keep their people. unfair trade agreements (like in the caribbean and latin america), trade subsidies - all of these things help keep the poor countries poor. after that, it's human nature to seek out a better life.

as far as your comment as their are jobs americans wont do. That is a lie. Most americans will do any job but not for any pay. Immigrants are used to keep the wage low. So the world is coming to a point where we don't want immigrants from peasent labor class messing up our wages.
Any person coming into the United States dosen't know what he or she's got them selves into. You might earn some good money but you are going to pay for it in the long run.
It is not convenient for many corporations to give illegal immigrans rights. Right now they are working with congress to keep these right to a bare minimum. Many factories have horrible working conditions that illegal imigrants put up with because they can't get a job anywhere else, corporations profit from these people's suffering. If the workers had right corporations would lose money.
i agree if it was easier for hispanics to come here n just work then we would have people dying hopin a gate n starvin to death i think americans have 4got that once they came illigaly here n took over land that didnt belong to them n now alot of ingnerante humans r acting like they own this place its just land n its true hispanics do alot of jobs that americans wont do but when a ddrop out goes to get a job n it comes down to it they will give it to an illigal n u know why? cuz for the most part they care about workin n not being late or quitin cuz they dont want to mop all the most of them want is a better life 4 their famaliy like all of us
