I have been in Australia for 3 years,studying at uni ,but couldn't finish my course. I goy married and I will aplly for a spouse visa ,but I am not sure if the bridging visa allows me to study at uni and finish my course....

Of course you can. The only thing is that you may still need to pay full-fee, as you are not Australian citizen, so cannot get discount on tuition fee.
