I believe immigrants, illegal or legal, are helping boost our economy. According to the book, "Illegal Immigration," Tim Wise states that rather than draining taxpayer coffers, immigrants actually contribute positively to the economic health of the United States; indeed, recent immigrants create a net surplus to the public sector of nearly $30 billion annually. In California, home to 43% of illegal immigrants in the U.S. contribute approximately seven percent of the state's economic product: roughly $63 billion annually. And according to the researchers at UCLA, the gross economic contribution by each illegal immigrant to the economy of California was nearly $45,000 per year (29).

The U.S. looked at Mexico's government and it liked what it saw. They want to be as corrupt as Mexico, so they can have more money, it's not the illegals, IT'S YOUR GOVERNMENT!!!!
they are taking. hospitals are closing, schools are suffering. are kids are starting to see a 3rd world education. illegals are sending money to their country and it should be going back into our economy, not a foreign country's pocket.

Hurting the country. The USA does not respect its own immigration laws. Illegals are having a great life here. I respected the laws and was not allowed to work for 2 years until recently I got my work permit. Illegals come and work with nobody controlling them. I want to work so bad and I found a job that pays $9 hour while an illegal told me he works for $18 hour, he is not a skilled worker. Don't any US citizen or permanent resident want to take that $18 hour job? Illegals steal jobs.
Deport them all.
They are hurting the economy. Most the money they make goes back to their homeland. As for health care and public schools taxpayers are flipping the bill.
In my opinion They are helping and hurting too. I don't think they are actually taking away jobs from Americans. It will be the same if an American family will move from Maine going to Alabama because a job,etc. The difference is They are Illegal.That's my opinion.
