You need to marry him.

There are 2 main route - Marriage in canada, and then applying for K3 or CR1 visa

Or Fiancee visa - And marriage in US and adjustment of ststus.

You can enter on tourist visa/VWP and get marriged, but its a bit illegal and problems may (Or may not) arise.
