My friend got married in Guyana but they won't let her husband in America, what can she or her family do?

She's American and He's from Guyana, these guy really love each other but the embassy is saying the Marriage is a fake. She has been living with him for almost 6 months now in Guyana but she wants to come home to America with him. We try contacting Government Officials but we get the runaround, What can be done?

Answer:
She needs to go back to Guyana and get real marriage papers. Once she gets them then she can go through the process to get him here LEGALLY.
too bad...she'll have to stay if the marriage isn't fake.
