How ez/hard is it to become a canadian citizen w/all their benefits?
Answer:
I checked on moving to Canada.. this is what I was told.. U must live there 3 years before u can apply for citizenship..which means no free health care, no financial aid for school, no "welfare", etc.. Research "how do I become a Canadian citizen".. u will get a bunch of websites
You could marry me, but college isn't free.
I have heard you cannot get citizenship in Canada unless you are marrying in (someone Canadian) or you can move there and become a citizen if you have a net worth of over $100,000.
College isn't free. Health care isn't completely free. you do need to pay for supplemental insurance that will take care of optical and dental needs.
Children do need to be registered citizens which can be done when the parents are receive status.

For more details you might contact the nearest Canadian embassy or consulate.
Yes it takes a while to become a citizen but if you are a "landed immigrant" you are more or less eligible for the same social welfare benefits (which differ from province to province) as a citizen. Alas, free college/university education is not one of them.
