Go to http://www.uscis.gov website. It has a lot of information that might answer your questions.
You have to have lived here as a permanent resident for a number of years (5 typically, 3 if you got your green card through marriage.)
Then go to uscis.gov and put 'naturalization' into the search window, and the information, and study materials, will come up.
