Illegal person...?

My boyfriend's step mother is always getting into problems with others. She is an illegal immigrant who does not live with my boyfriend's father. She moved to a seperate house as soon as his father submitted the application so she can become legal. She has a young son of 13 whom she always leave by himself to spend the night at my her husbands house, not to mention the child is on medication for being hyper active. She has a daughter in jail and another just left her house. She also has two other daughter in their late teens living with her. She has a job and I don't know how she has one if she is illegal, she changes jobs continously. Can she have a social security number if she is illegal? Should I report her to immigration and if so where can I do so? What about child protection services? Will my boyfriend's father get in trouble if she is reported to immigration?

I think that's not your problem, you may cause more trouble by reporting her, but if you feel that's the right thing to do, go ahead, and let me tell you, that does not happens because she is illegal, she may not have a social, but reporting her is not the solution. Your boyfriend's father should put a complain or something, but you shouldn't, stay away from a big problem!!
You should report here to child protection services, as for immigration, you decide on that. I don't know if your boyfriend will be too happy if you deport his mother. I can already see the answers to this question "DEPORT EM ALL!!! THEY ARE BAD!!! FOX NEWS TOLD ME SO!!!"
She can work if she's illegal,don't worry about that.If you report her to the CPS,I beleive they will report her to immigration.It depends on what state you live and it's laws.

call imigration and deport them. If she lives in california she is probably getting welfare and I tired of paying for illegal immigrants to stay in the US

Play the CPS card first but do it anonymously because you better not get involved in this. They are 'blood' & trust me it makes a difference. Some people won't turn their own blood in for murder. So be cool.
It seems to me you are just a bully. This person doesn't need you to make trouble for her--only because you feel you have the power to. You should be ashamed.
