Why do you guys want us to hate illegal immigrants?

The anti-immigration movement is mainly directed against immigrants from Mexico and countries of Hispanic descent. The anti-immigrants perceive people from these countries as inferior and use the "illegals steal jobs from citizens" argument to cover their real racist intent.
However, they (anti immigrants) are just a minority and by misinforming the general public, they hope to stir your feelings and thus get more followers.

nobody cares who you personally hate.the world is full of situations which create conflict.illegal immigrants are doing something illegal.people who obey the laws are resentful of this because the illegal behavior is not being punished,and is causing the entire quality of life in this country to suffer.the illegals have made a mess of their own country, and now they want to come and drag us down.

You need to get some remedial education. ILLEGAL alien is not the same thing as an immigrant. An immigrant has legal permission to be here. An illegal alien came without consent.

You folks that aren't anti's apparently keep using the word Hate in your discription. As it is true in Racism, it is true in Hate. If your minds are filled with either ...you use the word freely. I don't hate anyone. I am concerned for the well being of my country and myself and my ability to provide for me and mine. There is no need to hate anyone, but we do hate criminal activity - and entering this country illegally is criminal.
because they are illegal. They are committing crimes in this country. They ARE a problem that needs to be dealt with. Hating them is not the best answer, but dealing with them is something we need to do.
