Why do foreigners like Pastor Melissa Scott refuse to follow US laws after they become citizens? and why?

No one makes people come to this country or forces them to become citizens. When they do they have taken oaths to abide by the laws. When they want the rewards but not the burdens, like paying taxes, it's like they want to have their cake and eat it too.

Obviously she commited fraud when she took The Oath of Naturalization. They should strip her of her citizenship and deport her butt back to italy!

You'll have to ask Pastor Melissa Scott to find out, but don't generalize. Most foreigners who follow US laws. However they aren't foreigners once they become US citizens, which is the whole point to becoming a citizen.
They just say what they have to in order to get that US citizen card then they go back to their usual ways. They don't leave because they want the American way of life, even if they're thumbing their nose at Uncle Sam all the time.
