My uncle recently visited USA on b1/b2,10y multiple visa,he came back due to some health problems.?

he is fine now and want to visit again USA. Last time he came back within the specified period. he want to see his daughter again. can he travel to USA with the same visa again? what are the requirements?

Answer:
If his 10 year multiple entry visa is not expired...the requirements are...buy a ticket, and get on a plane. He doesn't need to do anything else.
if the visa is still valid it's a multiple entry visa which means he can enter the US as many times as he wants as long as he doesn't overstay his visa issued at the port of entry which is usually 6 months period.
If your uncle came and left the US within the given time period and that visa is still valid, as you suggested that it was a multiple 10 year visa, then he can use the same visa and re visit the United States. If the Visa has expired then he needs to reapply at the US embassy/Consulate at his normal place of residence to get a new visa. Every embassy has its own website, refer to the web for their requirements as they change all the time.
