What do you think of my emigration policy?
I would deport 30%. the criminals {discluding the charge of crossing the boarder.} and people that are least likely to integrate into the American culture. then the rest would have to sing a contract that says they have to be able to support themselves and be able to contribute to our society.
I know thats not reasonable but there is no reasonable in any emigration policy.

arrest
try in court
charge
take samples (DNA, fingerprints, etc.)
Put in a national database
List: "Never to be given citizenship under ANY circumstance"
Sentence commuted
Shipped out of the county
If they return:
arrest immediately
sentence reinstated
while serving sentence try them for newest crimes
add sentence to previous sentence to be served in full
investigate employers and family for aiding and abetting as well as any illegal aliens.
Who'd return? Sensitive, they get a second chance, they know the consequence, their families and employers know the consequence.
Make the database open to businesses to check, free of charge (tax paid) to insure they don't hire illegal aliens.
I have a better solution, get out of the war in Iraq and let those people alone to fight they love it.
Help the working class of Mexicans in a civil war get rid of their super rich class and take back their government from a very corrupt government and make them another state.

The laws already state that second part about supporting yourself. They are just not enforced by the government.
30% of all illegals are not criminals.
