Yes you will, a drink driving offence does not make you a criminal, and on the visa waiver you are not entering the country on a long term permanant basis, three months max I think it is, years ago before the visa waiver, you had to fill out forms and declare you had no communist affiliations and crazy stuff like that, so don't worry about that now, you will have no problems getting in, just don't drink and drive while your here thats all, and enjoy your stay.
If its more than 3 years ago, yes you can, if it hasn't been that long, i'm unsure.
