Which is the short and easy process to enter US. Which visa is best for me.?

I just want to know in details which is best way to enter US. on H1B. F1 or by marring my some one there on K visas, or visit visa.
Which is the shortest and less time consuming. And which is the more expensive and which is less costing. For entering US from India. In past some company offered me job but I ignored them that time I am not interested to enter coolest state Alaska. but now I am interested to enter and make a good living there and I want to make a career there forever. So which is the best process for me.

The legal way. By marriage, if you are married to someone(U.S. Citizen) that can petition for you. As a FIANCEE if you are engaged to someone that can petition for you ( U.S. Citizen.) H1B, L2, if the company hiring you can prove there is no one in the U.S. who can or is willing to do the job you are being offered. As an E1 or E2 if you want to invest and hire others in the U.S. I think you need to invest 1 mil for an E-1 and 1/2 mil for E2. As a TN if you can prove that you are qualified to perform a duty that is considered one of several job markets in shortage status such as nurses. Otherwise just visit.
