Finish medical school and become a certified doctor. Then you will be welcome in the UK.
Do not marry a girl just to get to England. In the long run it is not worth it as these marriages rarely work out. It is different if you want to find a girl online through a dating site and you spend the proper time seeing if you match.
But dont just get married to come to another country. When the girl finds out that is what you did you may kill you, literally. Women dont take it lightly.

No wonder the immigration think that my husband only married me to stay. We have 2 children and they want to send him back and its only because they think its a marriage of conveniance, not because we love each other, which we do very much.
if you are a medical student, when you get your degree why not go to a country that needs you, like iraq (which is where my husband is from). Theres plenty people there that need help, and hey if my husband does get sent back he may need your help!!
finish your medical studies, and then apply for British citizenship. They'll happily take you if you have a degree or such in medicine, or something. marrying someone to get british citizenship, however, is illegal, so i would suggest you do it properly.

Could you not sit your PLAB exam part one in China and then apply to come to the UK finish your PLAB 2 and work at a hospital?
