Grandparents as sponsor's?

Can a grandparent sponsor a grandchild to live in the U.S? what are the laws regarding that In terms of eligability age etc?

Any American citizen can sponsor a foreigner -- takes between 2-5 years. You have to go through US Immigration office and prove that person will not be a burden to the USA. With the Terroist La ws you also hve to prove that person would not be a threat to the country. .
