Hispanics do not have an agenda. Many Hispanics due to their Catholic beliefs do not believe in abortion, but they believe that large families are a blessing as do many other cultures like Italians and Greeks.
And Hispanics are now the largest minority in the U.S., so if they get their act together and vote in large numbers, then they'll make great progress.

I do not think is a particular agenda. It just happen that Hispanic like to have children and i think that is the reason the Hispanic population is the biggest minority in the U.S. Legal and illegal immigration had something to do also, but I do not think that is the main reason why the Hispanic population have grown so rapidly during the past years.
