Its not just the Americans...you must not get out much. Illegals are also pouring into the UK and other countries in Europe. Laos is killing immigrants that enter their country. The same thing is happening in African countries. So once again you mexicans are feeling guilty?
Americans aren't the only ones complaining,have you not noticed all the British on here with the same problem?
Most native American people I know complain as much as anyone else about the illegals,they don't want them here either by the way.

We treat illegals in America far better than other illegal immigrants in other countries are treated. Try being someone from the African subcontinent in Greece or Spain, or a Muslim in France, or an Arab in Israel, etc. etc. etc.
Illegal immigration is costing us far more money than it's creating. We have to do something about it.
I guess my question to you is, "I was born in America, and I'd rather die before I leave here for somewhere else. Why are you deserting your country?"

Just in case you are a child and really don't know any better I will give you a few points to ponder.
1. Indians (Native Americans for you pc people) were tone age humanoids that "immigrated" to the Americas just like everyone else. They apparently displaced other "cave people."
2. To be illegal means to break the law. There were no immigration laws when the civilized europeans (and Chinese) came to the Americas.
3. The indians (with their stone age weaponry) lost the wars. Now we are currently faced with a similiar problem.
Do we deport the illegal aliens (many just out of the stone age) OR does the USA treat them like we did the indians (kill them)?

This is not hate (I am part indian) and I married a hispanic. It is simple logic. We either protect and preserve our country or we lose it like the stone age people lost their territory!
If you take your head out of the sand and get off your soap box you may just open up your mind to the fact that the whole world has problems with illegal imigrants, or people crossing their boarders without permission.
Who is to say we should have borders in the first place though? - Why can't the human race travel and move around our small planet as they like? - Is the question you should be asking.
The native americans don't complain becuase they have no say in what happens on their lands. Their biggest moment in history was when the USA was established & they lost not only all their rights but all their dignity and many many generations of history and culture. - The illegal imigration of other societies onto their land is not something that is a high priority for them, survival is. The people of the USA (or any country) worry about the influx of imigrants from lesser countries becuase they have a way of life and a society which people covet. The western would has created a wealthy and consumer driven society where nothing goes for want, where you have everything you need at a click of a button. Who from a farm, living off the land, dreaming of a life they've only seen on their b&w screen doesn't want a life of simpicity? - And yet the western world complains and bickers amongst itself & distroys lesser nations that want what they so greedily hold, all to ensure their society survives.
Its a humbling thing to think that if the native americans could complain about illegal imigration they would have a better standing in society than the people of the USA, which we know would never happen.

This is also land where many immigrants from other countries live. NOT a land where Mexicans can say they are going to TAKE OVER. I mean how far do we wanna go back in history or even to the bible times to find out who this damn land really belongs to. Fact of the matter is, this is NOT Mexico and we have laws. first off, what the english did to the native americans is absolutely terrible...just like slavery and just like sexism. bad things that happened in our history..(some bare some relevence today like racism and sexism)...ok that being said
back then it was a whole differant store.
we're now a capitalistic free society. it all comes down to the mighty buck..and where i'm usually not one to argue for the sake of money this issue really drives home with me. I work very hard...i always have...sometimes i've even worked 2 full time jobs. I didn't have enough money to really go to college and i'll even admit i've messed some stuff up for myself so now here i am working a non college degree job. If the illegals all of a sudden were to become citizens they wouldnt be picking grapes and blueberries anymore they'd be working at my job...they'd be eligible for our already declining social security, welfare and a whole slew of other programs. I have a problem with that. there are people who want to legally get into our country who are being pushed to the back of the line by a bunch of ignorant, illiterate, sometimes criminal leeches. They have done nothing but turn the town i'm from into mexico city. i've gotten flat tires from all the glass bottles they've left on the streets. they're rude and expect you to cater to them and refuse to speak english. (yes, they downright refuse...they like the segregation) They don't want to be american they want to be mexicans in america..period. they want us to adapt to their culture.
i am not for hating anybody...if this was a group of germans, russians, africans, polish...whatever i would hold the same contempt.

I live in a state where there are LARGE populations of Native Americans, oh, and by the way, they consider themselves AMERICANS with the same problems that AMERICANS have and are facing! Yes, they pay taxes, but in a different way, and they have their own "nations" which are protected by the American government. I'm not saying they don't have the right to gripe, but, I am saying why are you looking at history that you can't change, when we have been making up for what we have done in the past, and look to the future and current problems? By mentioning the American Indians, you are merely trying to avoid a real solution to real problems facing our nation today.
And just because I'm really aware of this...you must have NO IDEA as to how many American Indians are fighting in our military, as Americans! For the American way of life, for you and me, Americans!
By the way, I'm not sure who said it, but...I believe it goes something like this: A country may be measured by how many people are trying to get IN, not OUT!
P.S. I'm not sure YOU understand your own question. You asked why only Americans are griping about immigration issues, and you were answered intelligently about others complaining about immigration. You wrote it, we are only answering it.
People from many other countries ar complaining at the same rate we are. Most nations can't afford to support all of the illegal invaders. While it may make you fell better to think that this is a racial issue, it isn't for me. It's a legal problem and a quick way to lose control of our population against terrorists. Our borders need to be secured, the illegal situation brought under control and our government fighting for Americans not foreigners. I don't hate people, I hate the situation and what those people are doing. I don't agree with your assessment of what is going on in this country, let alone the world! BTW, no one really owns the land as you can't take it with you when you go can you?
