too bad someone didn't cry wolf before 9-11. you really don't know what to believe from the media. but there have obviously been men from other countries arrested, something was being planned. and i would not want authorities talking about what should have been done. we should not be so naive to think there aren't plenty already in this country ready to take the opportunity to cause any financial, moral, or other loss to this country. this country's borders are not secure, backgrounds are not checked, open truck traffic thru the south unchecked. if they caught people at the very beginning of something so much the better.

Dar, I hate to be so cynical.I am not even sure what to believe anymore with this govt. and the press it releases.I think much of it is designed to incite fear, and keep us in this perpetual war..Distract us from the real issues and keep us ignorant to what is really unfolding before our very eyes...I don't like all the freedoms that are being taken from us, for the sake of a safer country...Sorry to be so cynical...I heard it on the news, but I am skeptical...
Yes I did and the authorities did another good job all around. But you forgot to mention some other quotes about this case. Most in DHS felt that this plot was really unfeasable and that these four lacked the ability and knowhow to actually commit such an act.
Yeah I saw it. Good thing it was stopped! Hope we can continue to stop any others that may be planned. But I think we will have a harder time doing that if this new immigration bill is passed because we wont be able to guard our boarders very well.

Those guys were arrested just because for more than a year they have been praying at the same mosque at the same time each and every day, arent' those the charges? They are not terrorists, what they were saying on those recorded phone calls were simply prayers.Why can't we be more "politically correct", so the rest of Muslims wont get mad at us???.......:-@
