Unfortunately Brazil was never part of the British Commonwealth. As a result of this you would have to gain British Citizenship before you could enlist. I believe this takes four years. As a frequent traveller to Brazil I can appreciate why you don't want to join the Brazilian army.
Have you considered the French Foreign Legion? They have no restrictions on the nationality of recruits. My old Battalion was twinned with the 2nd Battalion FFL and they were hugely competent and were good drinking buddies as well.

You cant join the British Army unless your a British Citezen or a citizen of a commonwealth country.
You can accuire British citizen ship if you have been residing in UK for 4 years and have been accepted by immigration.

You can immigrate to the USA as a "Political Refuge". What happens if you refuse to join the Brazilian military will they imprison or torture you? If that's the case America will take you in under her Wing.
What you need to do is visit your American Consulate General ASAP as soon as possible. Don't delay on this.
It's easier to get into the USA than the UK as a Refuge. The UK doesn't like immigrants since it's just a bunch of little islands that can't support a whole lot of people.
If you want to immigrate to the UK you need to be able to compete with the people who are already there. You need to be in an in demand profession like a Nurse, Doctor, or a Boilermaker, Brickmaker, or Home Health Aid. Or a wealthy businessman with years of experience. The UK won't just take anyone.
