Are you like that guy from American history x? That is probably how all you anti "illegal" aliens think. Bunch of ignorant people who are frustrated with their failed lives and want to take it out on someone.
Current US policy is to only deport illegal immigrants who have committed violent crimes. So if you report illegal immigrants who haven't committed crimes, the USCIS will just ignore you. If they have committed a crime, report it to both USCIS and the local police dept.
Just deal with your own business and quit being a snitch. Illegal immigrants help contribute to this economy and plus unless you're native american, then you came from an immigrant family, so live and let live.
