I'm not sure what you mean by 'drugs test' - who has the results and what happened when it came back positive? If you mean a drugs conviction of some sort, then yes probably. Ask the Australian authorities.

if the test was specifically for the visa application, then they will either suspend their decision for a predestined time to do a re-test where you must prove negative, or they will ask you to re apply at the next available intake where you must also prove negative.but your application will be looked into more closely. hope you manage to get it. in future don't do drugs !!
