What happen when some over stay their visa in the uk?

Answer:
We find you and get you kicked out!

So go now - the boys are on their way!
They get their feet removed and sewn on to their head.
probably nothing to be fair.... there are so many totally illegal immigrants that disappear that someone being a bit late wouldn't even show up...
if they noticed though, you'd just be deported.
Welcome to the UK ...fellow citizen,... collect your Passport Free accommodation and Benefits from the generous UK Tax payers
The government, offers them accommodation at a 5 star hotel, free meals, clothing grants, free medical and dental treatment and tells them not to worry they will just crank up the tax on the hard working nationals and legal immigrants to pay for it all, Even gives them a vote as long as they promise to vote for Uncle Tony
If you are in the UK without a visa, or if your visa has expired, you are an overstayer, and you are in violation of UK law. There are three types of overstayers:
You intended to overstay at the time you entered the UK;
You intended to observe the terms of your visa, but overstayed due to a judgement (or similar) error;
You intended to observe the terms of your visa, but were prevented from leaving by circumstances beyond your control;
As of October 2002, overstayers are no longer deported, but rather given Administrative Removal. Most commonly it means that you are given a letter explaining that you are required to leave the UK by a certain date. There are no restrictions on Administrative Removal (as there are in deportation), and you can apply for re-entry to the UK as soon as you reach your destination country. Your chances of success will depend upon which of the above categories you fall in to, and how you handled your overstay with the authorities (i.e., your credibility). If you overstay beyond the time given in an Administrative Removal, you will be in *trouble*.
The immigration police will hunt you down with all their power and give you a great big cheque and tell you to enjoy yourself
they get free housing, benefits etc as mentioned but did you know they also get free gas and electricity? Friend of mine is an electrician in Wolverhampton and he goes around bypassing the electricity meters in all the immigrant's houses. He tells me the same it true with gas....I wonder if they also get the winter fuel allowance?...what am I saying...of course they do.
Unless you have reapplied for a work visa or an extension on your current one, I'd go home if I where you, otherwise you could find yourself being deported with a 10 yr ban on reentry!
Ask an immigration adviser sorry i am working i don't have enough time to answer your question
They should get kicked out!! That's what should happen. But Tony Blair's lovely wife is so hot on Human Rights she'd be able to persuade Tony to let you stay along with all the other illegal immigrants riding on the backs of taxpayers
They claim and breed like vermin like they are
If you're caught then you will be in trouble, and rightly so.
If you return to your home country then you will be barred from returning to the UK.

If it's an honest oversight then be upfront about it and see if you can get an extension.
