Jesus said "I go to prepare a place for you". That doesn't mean there is such a place right now. When you die, you're dead until he calls you home, no passport needed.

People are only allowed to do that if they contribute to the welfare of their religious leader on a regular basis & obey all his wishes. In the case of illegal immigration, certain religious leaders see that as a means of increasing their wealth & power in this country. Perhaps it also increases their supply of alter boys to exploit & molest too?
Personally I oppose the corporate plot to increase the supply of ever cheaper labor & reduce the wages of America's wage earners as they have been doing for the last 30 yrs. Wages in the Service & construction fields have steadily dropped & have mainly affected the legal Latino & African Americans hoping to enter the job market & achieve the American dream.
However, what I do not understand is how the elitest in this country can ignore the plight of their fellow Americans & support their exploitation by multi national corporations and paid for lackys in congress. Not only the lower segment of our population is being targeted for wage reduction to increase steadly growing profits... that is true of professional wage earners too. The H1B visa is a means of bringing in highly skilled workers to do jobs that cannot be filled by qualified Americans, but the imported "professional" typically recieves 75 to 80% of the going wage for said job.
What we currently have is a massive propaganda campaign designed to increase the labor supply via out sourcing & other semi legal means, combined with absolutely illegal means supported by corporate lobby firms & the congress members they are funding.

God's injunction to obey a country's law does not dictate that you must participate in the actions allowed or condemned by those laws. Regarding standing before God with passport and citizenship; Its a Spiritual matter and all who believe in God are already citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven. Salvation is your citizenship. Earthly restrictions do not apply.
