If it takes 1 month first time to get visa how long does it take to say no?few days.If its 3 weeks then its ok since u said it takes normally 1 months time.Ill pray for u god bless.best of luck!
probably won't get it but you never know they may have so many requests that they are actually backed up

It means that the government was slow to process it. You don't yet have a yes or no answer.
It takes time. One of the majors problems for denying visa it is that you can't prove that you have a job and some money in the bank. They will let you know and it is a good idea to call them to check your status. If you comply with all the requirements then I don't see a problem. You have to think the amount of people trying to come to the U.S. and at the same time screening everybody for those who try to enter with bad intentions. That's the legacy of 9/11.
