depends on the rate of growth of the muslim population in france and also their mentality, means despite being a muslim majority state, they might choose to be secular, or on the contrary, they might change it to an islamic republic... but Europe's Muslims have a better growth rate then the natives there

It depends on weather it is currently a christian republic or not. In my opinion it currently is not, so if Muslims become a majority in France it will not matter to their form of government.

Immigration from muslim countries to France isn't that high nowadays, most immigrants actually come from SRI LANKA. Many others from francophone west africa which is far form being only muslim.
The biggest serious sources say that France's muslim population is around 6 million individuals, but most gravitate around 4.
Out of a population of 61 million, this is nothing.
