If I apply for a Salvadoran passport, does that mean my Canadian one is revoked?

Unfortunately, the embassy for El Salvador in Canada does not have a website. Both my parents are from El Salvador so I am applying for citizenship and I just wanted to know if I do apply for a Salvadoran passport, will my Canadian one be revoked? I know with some countries, you can only carry one - either theirs or the country you are now also a citizen of (hope that last sentence made sense!)
Thanks!

Answer:
Try the Canadian website to see if that's the case

I do know if both your parents are Salvadorian..you have dual citizenship.
I dont know about your question. But i do think people should not be able to have duel citizenship. You should be loyal to one country and one country alone.
