When did Bank America announce publicly that they are going to give credit cards to illegals?

Can you believe that Bank America announced publicly that they are going to give credit cards to illegals? They have been doing it for over a year all ready they sent some people I know whom I helped with visas for temporary protection status whom said we are not interested in the credit cards because we know people who had problems with them.

Isn't Bank America giving credit cards to illegal aliens aiding and albeiting illegal aliens thus illegal?
What is going on with our government going after individuals who are not guilty of terrorism such as citizens who marry foriegners and not big business like Bank America who has been blatantly breaking laws by giving bank accounts to people here in the US illegally who do not have visas to be here or social security numbers.

B of A never said they were going to give credit cards to "illegals". B of A asserts that they are not required to verify citizenship to extend credit. There is no legislation currently in place that prevents any bank from doing the same thing.
Not only is this true, but I wish more knew how many banks give to groups like La Raza.
It was about 3 weeks ago and I immediately closed out all my corporate, personal and investment acccounts, cancelled my credit cards and told the manger to F.. Off! I even cancelled my contract to broker loans with them it pissed me off so much
man bank of american has always only care for they money!! they never care for costumers! that's why i had to close that account!!
i think is one of the worst banks out there! ...and who care if they want to take their money!! they have the right to pick if they want one or if they dont! ....before posting your question make sure you know about it good! because is not that they are giving them away they are just not asking for citizenship !!
