How can an American become a Canadian citizen?

I am an American citizen and i'd like to work in Canada(an Airline to be specific...AirCanada). Does anyone know how you can do that?

Answer:
You don't have to give up your citizenship to work in Canada. There are people on both sides of the border who work in the other country without doing that. You can, as an American citizen work in Canada. AirCanada may have a company policy regarding this, but otherwise, there is no need to.
If you want to move to Canada, it will cost you around $3500 to get all the paperwork completed and filed. further, you must submit evidence that you are a fairly healthy person and will not be a drain on their health care system.
Good luck
