Do you that most mexican illegal aliens are in the US because of Nafta?
Most illegal mexicans in the US used to be farmers..which before nafta didnt make ahuge profit but used to make enough to eat and earn a nickle. but then came nafta and with those american products which were bigger , better and cheaper because of the money that your goverment gives to your farmers..which, i have nothing against..if your goverments does that it has al the right..but when the farmers sell it to another country, in order to protect its own farmers the country puts taxes on the products so that, when it comes into the new country it has a fair price. but nafta ended that extra quota. so the m farmers lost everything..and they went up north..thanks to nafta...so what you think about that?

I thought Nafta made it beneficial for US companies to build plants in other countries and move their entire operations elsewhere, like Nike so children are the source of the low wages.
I thought Nafta meant USA went to the 3rd world and not the 3rd world coming to USA.
I think a bunch are here because of that, and a bunch are here because of benefits, subsidized education and lack of enforcement.
However, if you want support to repeal NAFTA, I'd be happy to sign your petition.
I really think NAFTA has little to do with the illegal immigration problem it was there before NAFTA and we did nothing and it is still there.
Very good points..Also, NAFTA hurt many small businesses, as it did here as well.Only the super rich benefited from NAFTA..

maybe the bush is trying to screw everyone up before he leaves office. with him and nafta in the picture no small farmer or business will thrive.
