You have to wait for them to contact you about your interview/meeting with the judge.
from where to where? i got same day service, took about 2 hrs and cost 20 bucks.
It depends on wot country you are from, wot country you are trying to enter (or have entered), whether or not you have previously held a visa from that (or any other) country, wot basis you have for seeking a visa, etc.
