I came here as a visitor. My entry is expired, my visa expired 2005, and my passport is expired too.?

Bu, I want to apply on my husband's green card. How many chances do I have to get this status back?

Answer:
first apply for a passport at the consulate/embassy of your citizenship. then get your marriage certificate ready. go to a lawyer and present your case.
it is possible that you will be required by the uscis (US citizenship and immigration services)/nvc (national visa center) to return to your home country while your case is being processed, specially now that you are out of status. in any case, there's a good chance that you can get a green card, as long as your husband's green card is valid.
So you are here illegally. I think you should leave now.
If your husband tries to file and adjust your Status with homeland security while you in USA.

Don't be shock went the deportation process begins!
If it only expiredm in 2005, this is esy to take care of. Simply re apply and provide the info from the old documents
Sadly you have quite a pickle. You are here and not here illegally. Your husbands green card valid does help.

First send for a new passport . Apply through your consulet. Then prepare the paperwork for a new visa.
You may have to go home to apply but you can come back. However if you get caught now without either one valid then you are in a jam and may never be allowed back in.
See an Attorny right away. I hope it has not been passed 180 days since your VISA expired.

When is your husband going to become a US citizen? It is much easier and faster when he is a US citizen (twice as fast)
You are not only subject to deportation at this time, but are also subject to removal if you try to reenter the United States. It is time for you go home now, and have your husband file the paperwork for you while you wait overseas. The fact that you overstayed your welcome will make this difficult. The longer you stay here, the worst it will be for you if you try to do anything legally.
You broke the law and continue to do so,go home!
None. Even if you weren't an illegal alien you would have no chance to stay here. There's a 5 year wait for the spouse of a Green Card holder to get a visa.
If you visa and passport are expired and you have overstay you visit in the U.S. I do not believed that the U.S. Department of state would give you another visa. If you husband is a U.S Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident then he needs to petition for you by filing a I-130 form, petition for an alien relative. Make sure you have proof that you enter the U.S. legally (Passport/Visa/I=94)

Good luck!
I'd say a snowball's. You're in a heap of trouble. See you in ten years or so. One cannot " forget " that they've been here illegally for two years.
