When You cross the border from Canada to the United States drunk as all hell.?
I don't know what came over be, but as it is the border officials make me nervous, (I know I know, the are just doing thire job.)
Well, I had a few drinks and a bottle of juice mixed (heavilly) with vodka. which I kept on drinking on the way.
I got totally sick, pretty sure I puked on a few of the border ladies who were totally proffesional and nice. they waited for me in the bathroom, gave be a lacture on bad behaviour and pretty much sent us on our way.
My question is?
Is there any record of this insident, and if so, would we have a problem crossing again? I mean, they let us cross to the states now, (Dr. P. was not drinking).
Sorry if I offended anyone, and appriciate your input...
Answer:
If you were talked to and told not to do it again, there is almost certainly no record. I bet there are drunks crossing over each way all the time.
i don't think so because the guy wasn't drinking
they may have installed a tracking device on your vehicle
No, they didn't detain you so you didn't get a violation. If you are highly educated, why on earth would you put yourself and others at risk for your bad behavior? You should have just stayed in Canada!
First of all, you are an idiot for drinking so much. Secondly, they should have thrown your *** in jail. Third.. are you American or Canadian. And last... if there isn't a record there should be.. and if you are Canadian, you should never be allowed across again.. If yo are American.. once again I say.. they should have thrown yo in jail.
Take a couple brain pills and grow up.. you should be ashamed you would even ask this question. how about you join the army and get on over to Iraq.. that will mature you quick and no time for silly questions like this.
They sound like they were professionals. You were lucky.
I crosss the border frequently, you won't know if they "FLAGGED" your license plate or not until you cross again. Doesn't matter which way you were going or which side makes a flag on your plate, it will be on the computer.
Since the driver was not drinking, you might get lucky... BUT he was breaking the law by letting you drink in a moving vehicle which IS against the law on both sides.
