Do i need visa?

I am married to EUnational but have a visa as dependent till july, we are planning to go Paris on May, would I need another visa?

Answer:
I am French and I know the immigration law very well. I need more explanations : which country do you comme from (nationality), nationality of your husband
Do you intend to come for tourism or to be a permanent resident ?

Sorry but Polish are not propely concerned as Eunational for the moment in France
They have the right to enter the country, they have the right to stay but not the right to work : for this they have to ask for a specific visa of the ministery of work.
But I think that you have the right (with any visa if you need one to visit france) to apply for a resident card. If your husband has a card with a working authorization, you will get a 10 year card with working autorisation. If not, you'll get a 10 year card without working permit
In france, it is easier to be married with a non french-european than with a French person.

French law is changing a lot...
do you intend to visit or to stay ?

I cheked today. You need what we call a "legal entry", like a visa. And you will get the same card as your husband :
-if he wants to work and if he's got a work permit : you get the same
- if he doesn't want to work, he don't need a residence card but he would have had a visitor card, so you will get this residence card

good luck
It would depend on the laws in France. Please go to one of their embassies to make sure you get the correct information. This way you know for sure that someone isn't lying to you because you will be the one in trouble if anything goes wrong.
No, but you do require a passrport that is valid for at least three months from the date of travel. You may also be required to prove UK residency. If you are married to a UK national, and you have time, apply for a UK residence permit.
You do not state your nationality. Your UK status is not relevant. If you require a visa to visit France on account of your nationality then you will still require one.

Re your update - I'm sufficintly sure that a NPL national would require a visa to visit France - so sure that I'm not even going to look it up!
