because the 40billion in aide given tomexico from the usa was to pay American investors inside Mexico that would loose all. Yes you heard right THAT SO CALLED AIDE finantial one ...was to pay off American in Mexico not to help anybody else.

American billions of aide given a few years ago for an during the trade clash and fall of Mexico's worst finantial misfortunes, was to pay off the American investors who had also lost in that finantial crash in Mexico.
