How can a person below 18 apply for a US visa in this situation?
Permanent Resident of Canada (Landed Immigrant)
Parents already have a US visa
Will he be interviewed alone? Do the parents have to do the application?
Answer:
Hella lot of info.
I don't know. I think under 21, your parents can apply for the permanent residency for you. I would say since your parents are the ones to ask for permission to bring you in, they need to do the paperwork. Why don't you worry about the interview later. It may or may not happen (obviously if it takes more than 3 years, then, your application will be void.)
