I agree with you. If the hiring would stop, the illegal crossings would stop. This is big business at its best. Sickening. The sad part also is the illegals are being taken advantage of also. Bank of America for example. They are getting illegals in debt 3 months after they cross the border. The the illegals think they are doing them a favor.
We will never truly know, and there are many people out there who make a lot of money on illegals, and not only in the fields, but lin factories, and in drugs and on illegal womens backs?????
Report the employer to ICE. You can do it anonymously and they will go in, deport the illegals, and arrest the employer. Sadly, they will not give you the Hummer as a reward. If it were up to me, I'd give you the Hummer for reporting them.

I think we should ALL make HUGE signs, and picket near these businesses!!! Put something like "HOW DOES IT FEEL TO HELP DESTROY AMERICA" or 'SHAME ON YOU, YOU TRAITOR".!!!!!
This is America, we strive for the best, if that farmer wants the better things in life he has every right to buy what ever he wants and or can afford, And he does not need any passerby to tell him how he should run his business. You forget that we are losing alot of our farmers and we may soon have to import all of our farming products. As for your numbers on the welfare comment I believe you are misinformed, in the state of Texas anyone applying for welfare has to prove LEGAL STATUS in order to qualify for benefits and fake documents are easily detected by the system.
On average, few farmers are rich, only the large corporate farmers make big money. Farmers use illegals to keep their cost down. If we throw out all the illegals, cost of farm labor will go up and prices to the consumer will go up. This will be the price we will have pay to keep our country from being overrun by illegals (see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n7wjeqxuo... ). I think the money saved by no longer having to furnish government and medical services to illegals will more than compensate for the increased commodity cost.
If you go to work to that field i believe the owner will be able to fire on of those " illegals". If more " Americans" do the same there won't be a need for " illegals" in the country. Comprende amigo ?
